XGS1930-52HP unable to firmware upgrade

All of my XGS1930-52HP are stuck in version V4.70(ABHV.3) | 11/01/2021 (Stable)
When trying to update to latest version from Nebula Cloud switch going to downtime for 25 minutes and boot with same firmware again, in event log get error "Upgrade system firmware failed"

    It's been a while do not see your reply.
    Did the firmware successfully upgrade?
    I did a local test that upgrade firmware via Nebula successfully.
    If you still have a problem, please help to collect the tech support and enable Zyxel support.
    I will help to check what's wrong.
