    Thanks for your reply. May we know whether only one PC has this problem? According to the log, we can see its behaviors are "Access Forward" on those two security policies “LAN_Outgoing” and “VLAN21_To_Internet”, so it seems the firewall didn't drop Youtube traffics.

    No this effects multiple PC's and really only happens to devices on VLAN21_To_Internet which is our guest WIFI network. Correct it's not dropping the traffic, it's intercepting SSL traffic which causes the SSL_name_mismatch.

    May I know what WiFi AP you are using? Can you collect the WAN and VLAN21 interface packets when Youtube playback is not working for us? In addition, please share the config and diag-info log with us via private message as well. I will send a private to you later, thanks.
