No internet connectivity

I have just had my new Zyxel router installed. The LED for the internet connection is solid red and is not changing.  Can you please advise?  I can connect to the network via my laptop but there is no internet.

    Hi @PatriciaLucas,

    What is the model name of your device? The LED for WAN/LAN/DMZ on USG FLEX/ATP is yellow or green. Here is the LED status for your reference.

    Looks like your WAN connection is down and your router is correctly telling you “No Signal”.
