DOA NWA90AX

Hi,

this mornig, for the first time, I have connected NWA90AX with his power supply.

no lights come on and there are no signs of life.

We used anothe power supply switch poe without any light or signs of life.

How I can ask a DOA?

Hi Gescad,

Please help to reset NWA90AX to check whether LED light comes or not.

If not, please contact Italy Distributor or Reseller to do RMA progress.
