Hi I Use ZXHN H168A V2.0 . The modem is mine. I bought it but it is very restricted by ISP. I want normal software with no restrictions offered by Zyxel. This is my right. I searched a lot but couldn't find it.

    Regarding your issue, we recommend that you contact both your ISP and the ZTE Corporation support team for further assistance. Additionally, please note that the Zyxel software may not be suitable for the ZXHN H168A.
