when i updated the firmware we lost all of our vlan voip phones. why did this happen? we had to revert back to 2.4 for everything to work again. why did updating the firmware casue this?

May I know what you mean you lost all of your VLAN VOIP phones? Did the Voice VLAN configuration all vanish? If yes, please help to back up the configuration and send it to me via private message.

I have a test that uses a GS1900 with Voice VLAN configuration and upgrades from v2.40 (AAHK.0) to v2.70 (AAHK.5). The Voice VLAN configurations did not vanish.
