Hello, I need to have updated 4 pcs gs1900-8 but I have firmware 2.7 but it won't take it - it fails in the update, tried version 2.6 same error, tried via zone and http

To help you to solve the problem, we need the below information from you:

1. The current FW version of your switches
2. Which version of FW(full name) you're updating?
3. Could you provide the error message(by screenshot or text) when you update the FW?
   
   There's a reminder, when you upgrade the FW, you have to unzip it, and use the .bix file to upgrade.

1 - FW now is V2.20(AAHH.0)

2 - GS1900-8_2.70(AAHH.5)C0

3 - it doesn't come with any errors

4 - unzip - it is - . bix files

I used the runtime firmware file and successfully upgraded. May I know what firmware file did you use to upgrade? Is it the runtime firmware file?

I would like to clarify this problem with some questions:

1. Did you directly connect the PC and GS1900?
2. Which browser did you use? Which version is it?
3. Did you change to another browser to upgrade?
4. Did you change to another PC to upgrade?

In addition, may I know how did you get into this disconnect page?
Is it after clicking the Firmware button in Menu? Or click the Apply button after selecting the firmware file?

using internet explorer 10.0 windows 10 bulid 10240

The Page connet be displayed comes witvh it together I press Apply button when the new firmware is enteredtried

I use Internet Explorer to reproduce and get the same problem. This problem might be due to Internet Explorer. Please use Chrome/Edge to upgrade.
