Strongvpn locks up USG60W

So I have been trying out VPN provides and for what ever reason setting up a LT2P Strongvpn on it connecting up locks up the USG needing a reboot and unplug from the internet to disable the L2TP rule.

But on another note my FLEX200 setup in the same way has no problem nope it too locks up

No this is L2TP as in you setup in Object > ISP Account and in network > interface > PPP

1. What it the previous firmware version on this USG60W? Does the same issue exist when you use previous firmware version?
2. Please send the web GUI access of this USG60W or USG FLEX 200 to me in private message. We'd like to check the debug log on the device. Thanks!

Yes maybe but it does not happen to other L2TP tunnels just Strongvpn for some reason…

L2TP tunnels and StrongVPN use the same cyphers kit?

It uses MSCHAP-V2 but L2TP the tunnel for all traffic is not encrypted.

I'm guessing its some Configuration Request the USG does not like maybe IPv6

Well I give in going round and round with Strongvpn they just say not supported by their guides I just don't get how privatevpn.com and hideipvpn.com both don't list Zyxel but L2TP works just fine with them, I just have to think no one uses L2TP at Strongvpn and thats the reason it don't work.
