good afternoon, can you help me

I am configuring mail alert in USG20W-vpn, but it does not send the messages, it shows the following error message:


1-Sending event/alert log to mail server has failed. [count=3]

2- Sending event/alert log to mail server has failed

Could you share an image of how it should be configured. I am registering an account for: example@outlook.com
which smpt and ports should i use.

    Welcome to Zyxel community. The smtp server settings as below,

    Server: smtp-mail.outlook.com

    Port: 587

    Encryption : STARTLS

    Hi, thank you for you answer. I made the configuration, but the error is the same. maybe be something a security on email security setup?

    should be easy to configuration, but I do not what can be.
    I already tried with different tls options and nothing does

    Outlook don't let allow Mail From say USGFLEX200@anyname.co.uk so SMTP Authenticate User Name and Mail From must be the same.
