download new firmware unplug WAN reboot and update

Thanks for reporting this case to us. As mentioned by PeterUK, we suggest the following steps to recover your service:
Step 1: Disconnect the WAN port connection and reboot your device.
Step 2: Access the device's Web-GUI using the LAN port.
Step 3: Update the firmware to our latest version, V5.36P2.

Kind of disappointed by Zyxel on this one. We normally use Sonicwall for our clients but with this client we wanted to try Zyxel. We manage these remotely and now have to ask one of our customers to help us out with this. Tried putty and crazy long errors there also.
