Cant connect via VPN

Hi all,
I've got a new issue with our USG FLEX 100W where none of the account created for VPN access that once worked previously doesn't work anymore.

I get "Failed login attempt to Device from http/https (incorrect password or inexistent username)" in the logs

I've changed the password and created a new account (added to the correct groups) and it still doesn't work, also rebooted the router too.

Anyone has a suggestion on what I could do next?`
