Same Problem here. I'm connected but can't access the remote network. The virtual LAN adapter doesn't receive any data. When i try to reinstall Version 4.0.2. I get the error "Invalid command line"
and when i try to remove the WAN-Card manually i end up with an error "Client for Microsoft networks could not be removed" 0x80071779.

Can anyone help me how to get a working System again?

I had the same issue before and their tech support gave me a patch. I upload it and it still working fine. You can call them and ask for the patch.

    Hi @TommyD,

Yes, we confirm that SSL VPN will be working fine in the next official release 4.33. It will be released in late December.

    - SSL VPN tunnel can be established.

    - After SSL VPN tunnel is established, ping USG’s LAN subnet successfully.

@Zyxel_Emily Hello there! We are experiencing the same issue with a USG 110 running 4.32(AAPH.0) firmware. Can you please send the firmware via DM as well? Thank you
