Hi, my new SCR 50AXE have started blocking LinkedIn. It sort of came out of nowhere! So annoying. Anyone have the same issue? How do you unblock sites?

/ Marcus :-)

…all that was needed was a restart of the router. Now its open again! Peculiar!

    Hi @Northgroove

    Welcome to the Zyxel community.
Do you mean you would like to browse LinkedIn, but you are blocked?
Could you share the below information?
(1). What device you are using? Is it a PC's borswer or moble phone's APP? Could you share the blocked screenshot of the client for us?
(2). When you are blocked, is there any blocked-related message on the event log(Monitor > event log)?

(3). Please navigate to Help -> Support request and enable "Invite Zyxel support as administrator" feature for us. Finally, please tell us your org and site name to us via private message and we can check current Nebula settings for you.

    Thanks.

    • One day later the LinkedIn site is blocked again - and now restarting doesnt solve the problem.
    • 1. Three different PCc and Samsung S22 and S22 Ultra phones
    • 2. No events registered whatsoever.
    • 3. OK!

    Thanks!

    Hi @Northgroove

We already added "www.linkedin.com" to the allowed domain for you. Please help to verify whether this blocked behavior still occurs. Thanks.

    Hi @Northgroove

We already fixed this false positive detection. Please remove the custom allowed domain settings and verify it. Thanks.
