Configure GS1900-24HP to block internet access for IP Cameras?

I have multiple IP cameras. Is it possible to create a configuration (Virtual Network?) that will block the cameras from accessing the internet?

Could I do the same thing by configuring the cameras with a bogus Gateway address? Would this protect cameras from internet probing?

You can create a VLAN, which your router does not have, to block the cameras from accessing the Internet. Or just like you said, give the cameras a bogus (or leave it blank) default gateway, so the data won't be transmitted to the Internet.
