Switch GS3700 is not booting

Turning Power off and on did not help.
After booting it show message in console like in picture above.
How to fix it ?

Welcome to Zyxel community!

Based on the log, the problem is more related to the rom (configuration file).
Kindly go to this link and follow the procedure to recover the rom of the switch.

Note: Re-uploading the rom file will have the switch configuration back to default.
