Zyxel USG
i have an question about an issue we have many times. for our customers we use the Zyxel USG firewalls, and use SSL VPN connections.
Often when new firmwares are available, remote users cannot login anymore. Secuextender just doesn't sign in. For example this morning. i am running secuextender also on my laptop. i just can connect without any problem. the customer not. i use the same credentials, it just don't work. install firmware with offcourse reboot from the firewall solves the problem. This happens so often. it's quite frustrating. Costs us a lot of time. I hope someone can come up with a solution for this.
yours,
Dennis

Re enter new credentials or even quick test with 1234 problem might be on upgrading firmware that special characters cause a problem.

What's your module ? USG1000 ?
If so, I would suggest replace to then new one. It's so old and already end of support.
