atp700 boot problem

Hi all,

i have a problem with ATP700 after programmed restart , led power is green but sys led is off, i try to connect via RS232 with putty/teraterm but no result, the device is not responding

i could not change boot partition, i don't see any boot string in teraterm.

any idea?

    SYS LED off means the Zyxel Device is not ready or has failed. As you said the power IED is green which means it was turned on. It could be a hardware issue.
    Please note that the console port setting is correct.

    If the console port is still unresponsive after physically rebooting again, please contact the local RMA center to submit an RMA request for this issue.

    console setting is correct, but nothing to do, device never responding, is second device ko in same mode in the last 6 months.

    bad quality…..We will evaluate a new brand

    @CEDMERATE how about pressing the reset button to reset the device? please try

    This is test :

    turn off device, press hold reset, turn on device, realase button , no result

    with device is on : press reset hold 20 sec, no result

    problem solved by RMA, but before the warranty expires we will buy another brand .. disappointed
