@charlie: Thank you for sending me the firmware.

However, I was too busy to install, so the latest firmware from the official release(4.33) got installed on our device.

The problem seems to be solved now.

the solution already been included in v4.33 firmware. If you registered the device, you can download the firmware from myzyxel.com.
