GS1900-8 Vlan Sense Check.
Hi all,
Just configured my switch for the first time and want to double check what i have done is correct. Bit different to the Netgear ones used in the past.
3 IP Ranges coming into and leaving switch on ports 1 & 8. Ports 2 to 7 all on default lan/vlan. Port 8 is currently carrying to a VLAN aware AP with 3 SSID's.
Port 1 - Default VLan, VLan10, VLAN11(Trunk Enabled)
Ports 2 - 7 Default VLAN
Port 8 - Default VLan, VLan10, VLAN11(Trunk Enabled)
Default VLAN - All Untagged
VLAN10 - Port 1 & 8 Tagged / All others Untagged.
VLAN11 - Port 1 & 8 Tagged / All others Untagged.
Anything glaringly wrong?, it all seems to work okay…….
Many thanks
Joe 😀

Hi @Ninja365,
As you mentioned
Ports 2 to 7 all on default lan/vlan
, these ports should not be a member of VLAN 10 and 11.Please set Ports 2 to 7 as forbidden for VLAN 10 and 11, or the destination lookup failure (DLF) problem might have occurred in your network.
