SecuReporter: Extremely slow

Hello,

why is Secureporter so slow? Sometimes it takes up to 2 minutes to load the statistics. Some functions, like user or IP search, are unusable.

For example, a customer is asking me some data right now and this happen:

A useful feature you could implement is add, in the email alert, source and destination IP.

Actual alert is pretty useless.
