Hello,
I had a problem, after switching to a new user, I can't download the vpn from the server.
It always downloads a different client

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing the problem?

Hi @AdminSys,

Could you please check if the new user is listed under 'Allowed Users' in the Configuration Provisioning?
I've attached a screenshot for your reference.

Dear Zyxel_Cooldia,

Listed among authorized users. There were several attempts, but it still downloads the same one.I was told that a Windows install would fix the problem, but I don't want that.
