We found that the root cause is related to the DNS servers' (192.170.X.X) cache. We suggest you clean the DNS servers' cache and can resolve this problem.

We tried to nslookup youtube via Google DNS server 8.8.8.8 and can be resolved normally, but if nslookup youtube via the DNS server 192.170.X.X would be failed. Thanks.

    Dear @INBK_IT

It belongs to the Content Filter's certificate. Please check your Content Filter profile whether blocks media-related categories. If so, you can cancel it or add those media websites to the allow list. Thanks.

  • Hi @Zyxel_Jeff

We did check Content Filter profile. It says blocked by Streaming Media and Media Sharing categories, which we unchecked in both Web and DNS Content Filter. Also, we added Vimeo.com in both side trusted web sites and allow list and it is still not working. please see attached pictures for more details.

    Hi @INBK_IT

It could be related to the cache issue, please perform below steps:

Step1. Enter the CLI "debug content-filter https-domain-filter cache flush" to flush the Content Filter's cache.

Step2. Clean the browser's cache and the PC's DNS cache

Step 3: Use the browser in incognito mode to access the website to see if it's working for you.

If the issue persists, please reboot your firewall and PC to ensure all caches are completely cleared..
