Maybe your ISP does not allow you to have 443? can you do a packet capture on the WAN and port scan 443 on GRC.com ShieldsUP!

If I leave router web gui on 443, I can log in to router without any problems. It's probably not an ISP problem.

Then your NAT rule for incoming interface might be wrong?
or as your using PPP maybe the port 443 don't work for NAT? with the GUI on port 4443 and NAT rule for 443 dose a reboot make it start working?

You were right, it's the ISP's fault. When I changed to the second WAN, it suddenly started working... I don't know how I checked it before. Thanks!
