*Notice: Answers submitted after the deadline of each case will NOT be included in prizes and awards.*

1. (Case 1 Prize)
   • Zyxel will send out one ZCNE coupon code individually to recipients between Nov. 20 and Nov. 24, 2023, until 23:59 (UTC+0) by myZyxel email.
   • This coupon code can be redeemed for any ZCNE Level 1 or Level 2 program on the Education Center and is valid until Dec. 31, 2024.
   
   (Case 2 Prize)
   • Zyxel will send out one ZCNE coupon code and one 5% Marketplace discount code individually via myZyxel email from Dec. 4 to Dec. 8, 2023, until 23:59 (UTC+0).
   • The ZCNE coupon code can be used for any ZCNE Level 1 or Level 2 program on the Education Center and is valid until Dec. 31, 2024.
   • The 5% Marketplace discount code can be applied to your order in Zyxel Marketplace and is valid until June 30, 2024
   
   (Case 3 Prize)
   • Zyxel will send out one ZCNE coupon code, one 5% Marketplace discount code, and one additional 10% Marketplace discount code individually via myZyxel email from Dec. 18 to Dec. 22, 2023, until 23:59 (UTC+0).
   • The ZCNE coupon code can be used for any ZCNE Level 1 or Level 2 program on the Education Center and is valid until Dec. 31, 2024.
   • The 5% and 10% Marketplace discount codes can be applied to your orders in Zyxel Marketplace and are valid until June 30, 2024.
   
   
2. The giveaway is open to legal residents of all countries worldwide aged 16 and over (at the time of entry) for the period until Dec. 31, 2024. Employees and contractors (and their respective families) of Zyxel Networks Ltd (including any group companies) are not eligible to enter.
   
   
3. By registering online, you will be added to Zyxel Networks’ database and by indicating your entry, you will start receiving general communications from Zyxel Networks in accordance with Zyxel Networks privacy policy.
   
   
4. This discount coupon is not sponsored, endorsed. or administered in any way by Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or any other social networks. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
   
   
5. No responsibility is accepted for participants which are lost, corrupted, incomplete, or for any failure to capture entry information. Use of false details will result in disqualification. The entry must be made by the person entering the event – entries sent through third parties, agencies, or by automated means (such as scripts and macros) will not be accepted.
   
   
6. The participants will receive the coupon code. The prizes are not replaceable by money and the promoter does not endorse any prize supplied by a third party nor does it endorse any third party supplier.
   
   
7. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
   
   
8. The prize is subject to change, in this case, we reserve the rights to provide a substitute prize of similar value without further notice. The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming a Prize are the responsibility of the winner. Any and all applicable taxes or duties in relation to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
   
   
9. If you win the prize, we will notify you according to the above prizes announcement schedule and you have to claim the prize before the valid date. If you fail to comply with any other instructions, you will forfeit your right to the prize and your claim will be invalid. Please also noted that the prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
   
   
10. Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver by the promoter of that, or any other, right or remedy.
    
    
11. The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the prize at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
    
    
12. The promoter of the prize is solely responsible for the delivery and quality of the prize, and its maximum aggregate liability shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the prize.
