secuExtender does not Install

I have a problem for a few weeks, i can't install secuextender anymore on my win7.
the error is : Service 'ZyWall SecuExtender Helper' (Zywall SecuExtender Helper) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficent privileges to start system services.

I tried to put the "tap0901_zyxel.sys" on C:\Windows\System32\drivers
same error

I tried to run the installer with administrator rights, same error.

I tried the new version 4.0.3.0, same error

another idea ?

TAP driver was signed with SHA2.

Make sure Microsoft update KB3033929 is installed.

If the error still appears, please let me know and we will arrange remote access to check the issue on your Windows 7.

that's ok, windows update was out, i needed to fix it before i can re-install secu-extender
