Found bug need help

Hey everyone ! Found a crazy bug, took me alot of time to figure it out.

Currently we have USG310 with all features- antispam, idp and etc.

4.31(AAPJ.0)

We had problems with downloading files. The download just dropped randomly. Then I figured out when I disable AntiSpam feature everything works fine for downloads. That drives me crazy

The rule was from LAN1 to WAN all users to any with IDP, AntiSPam, Content Filter, App PAtrol enabled.

So when I enable antispam download of any file randomly drops.

I recommend opening a ticket to Zyxel support, who can help you.

As far as I know, USG310 antispam maximum session and mail buffer are:

- Maximum Session: 1000
- Mail buffer: 50 Kilobytes

So I suppose, when that values are reached and the Property "Action taken when mail session threshold is reached: Drop session", could be what drops your downloads. But it is pure speculation. 

I hope you will find a solution to your problem.

Could  you send me starup-config.conf in private message ,and what is your method and steps to download the file ?

Also, could you send me the screenshot when download drop.

Any steps, via any browser or via wget on console . I created a ticket on support they told be they are experiencing difficulties with UTM features. They told me to apply beta firmware 431AAPJ1ITS-WK48-r86397.zip and try it

This issue will be fixed in next Firmware and FW release date is 12/14.
The latest firmware will be sent to you in the private message as soon as I receive it.

Hi @sk8erbender,

We will run some tests to make sure the fix are merged to the firmware before it is released, so the firmware will be ready around Dec. 19th.

I will send the firmware to you via private message when the firmware is ready.
