Issue with False Positive Blocking on ATP100

I am experiencing a false positive issue with my ATP100. When I try to access the French Chamber of Commerce website: https://annuaire-entreprises.data.gouv.fr, the page is being blocked.

I have added the website to the Web Content Filter → Trusted Web Sites, but the page continues to be blocked. How can I resolve this issue?

Now I have a similar issue with YouTube, even though I have added it to the White List. YouTube is asking me to connect to the internet.
I also cleared the cache using the command: debug content-filter https-domain-filter cache flush
