USG Flex 700 AP Management "Update Available"
Nothing I do seems to trigger the AP's to update, multiple "WAX630s".
"Device can't connect to server" is showed under "Firmware".
What is the trick to getting the AP to update firmware from the USG?

- A screenshot displaying the USG FLEX 700 AP Management status indicating "Update Available" and an error message stating "Device can't connect to server" under the "Firmware" section.

Hi @jef ,
To troubleshoot the issue, please navigate to the "Configure" section, then proceed to "Licensing" > "Registration" to verify if the Device Registration Status is marked as "Registered." If it is not, click on "Refresh" to update the status.
After ensuring the device is registered, go to "Configure" > "Wireless" > "AP Management." Here, you click on an "Update available" option for the WAX630S to proceed with the update.

Device was already registered.
"Update Available" persistent. AP's still 1 revision old.What next?

Hi there,
You can try to manually upgrade the WAX630S FW by following these steps:
Go to MONITOR>Wireless>AP Information>AP List. Choose WAX630S and click the Upgrade icon.
The AP firmware should be started downloading and applying. In this upgrading period, the AP may temporarily suspend Wi-Fi services. Please let us know if this resolves your issue.
