Problem with HA PRO. (USG FLEX 500)

Hello, I have a problem with the HA of the USG FLEX 500 where synchronization is successful. When I remove the lan cable to force a drop on the interface, the switch to the secondary firewall occurs, however, the secondary firewall does not receive the same settings as the main firewall, maintaining the initial settings. The firmware version on both firewalls is V5.37(ABUJ.1). The firewalls are connected to each other via port P8.

Greeting Forum, So the issue is config file does not sync but the GUI said "synchronization is successful",

Please kindly provide both Firewall's diaginfo by Private message.

We'd like to check the further logs.

1)I checked there is no config issue on both firewalls.

2)From your statement. you did the many failover attempted manually. but some shots not work correctly. Need to reboot make it work again.

Please kinldy try to reset the counter of failover before you did the test manually.
