Port blocked?

Hello there! I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Quick recap.

I use:

Synology Nas - nighthawk R8000 - zyxel NR7103 with mobile connection.

Before I bought the NR7103 and use land line I had no issues, the port 5000-5001 is open on nighthawk. Nas has static ip from nighthawk.

But when I plugged in the NR7103 I can't access it external anymore.

I updated the dns in synology for the new ip and it also have quick connect. Every port is closed.

I checked in the zyxel router and from what I understand it give my nighthawk router the internet ip adress and don't handle any traffic but I still can't access the ports when I use the mobile router as modem.

Any suggestions? Would save my life 😏.

You have given up your land line with a WAN IP that a NR7103 by ISP uses CGNAT so no inbound traffic will happen.

Yea.

I found the issue.

But the offer static ip, so I bought one. Hopefully that will fix my issue 😊
