Fail NWA220AX-6E Access Poin

I bougth an access point on March 2023 by Amazon but in last days this device become wrong function. In this moment is down in nebula and i try to access this by local network but is not possible.

How can i get the gruarantee for this device. I have other 3 devices but this is the only AP whit problems

To confirm whether the problematic NWA220-6E can be located using its LAN IP address, please use the Zyxel One Network (ZON) Utility. To scan Zyxel devices, please be ensure that the devices are in the same broadcast domain (VLAN).

For instructions on using ZON to configure basic settings on a Zyxel device, refer to the article "How to use ZON to configure Zyxel device basic settings" on the Zyxel Community.

• If the device is discoverable, use the LAN IP to access the AP's local web GUI and check the reason why the AP is offline on Nebula.

• Should the device not be detectable, it may be necessary to proceed with the RMA process.
