I can't activate HA on ATP500 V5.37(ABFU.2)

Hello, I am trying to activate the HA with 2 ATP500s but when I apply the HA option on the master computer, the ATP500 restarts automatically and does not activate the HA Pro service when I have access again.
That could be happening?

The Slave have to enable HA pro when you completed Master.

-leave one cable on sync port this moment

-Check both units have the same firmware

Hello, all this is proven.
The problem is that activating the HA in ATP500 master causes the device to restart, but after the restart, when accessing the HA menu it is not active.
I have done the process several times without success.
