Zyxel ATP500 L2TP VPN connection unavailable

Hello!

I am trying to setup L2TPIPSEC VPN client to site. I added VPN gate and added VPN Conection with UNchecked "Enabled mode config"

Anyway I do not see available VPN connection in L2TP VPN page in VPN Connection: None

Whats wrong? Enabled mode config is desabled

    you need to set Encapsulation to transport

    You need to use IKEv1

    Have you setup VPN connection with that IKEv1 that rule should show up in L2TP settings

    You have setup IKEv1 in VPN gateway now you need to add that rule in VPN connection then in L2TP VPN it will show up

    I already had these settings:

    1. VPN gateway created and added to int Ge2

    2. VPN Connection created (VPN Gateway assingned)

    3. Result is the same(no VPN connection available)

    Thanks so much! It appears now!

    Now I am trying to get configuration from server for Zyxel SecurExtender VPN client and get error - Server is not found, check server IP/port.

    I checked IP and port(443) and they are ok

    Policy control has rule WAN-to-Device

    What might be the issue?

    Auth: Username + password

    User is allowed
