USG210 - Port Forwarding

Hi,
i should configure the firewall so that from the outside you can reach a website configured on a server in my office. I followed this document https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/360001390934-NAT-Rule-Configuration-on-a-USG-Port-Forwarding- but it does not work. Do you have any advice to give me? My firwmare is version 4.32 (AAPI.0)

Hi, when you open the website, an error message is displayed, or the home page of USG210 ? Disabled firewall on USG210 tried to go to the website?

thanks for the support,
the error message is:
Unable to reach the site www.yyyy.it took too long to respond.
Search for yyyy.it with Google
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
The firewall is disabled.

Is the website located on your local network ?

Hi, I solved the problem... the port mapping configuration on the tester's router was incorrect. It was configured to forward all traffic to the ip address of the old firewall ....
