ATP 200 does not send email for 2FA VPN authentification

I'm using ATP 200 firmware 5.38(ABFW.0) 28/03/24. I configure a VPN Access 2FA using email internal server (Exchange 2016).

In maintenance/Diagnostics/Network Tool, I check "test email Server" with a setting that works, I receive test email on Outlook.

Using this tested configuration, in Configuration/System/Notification/Mail server for 2FA, users can open VPN Tunnel, but they don't receive any email for confirmation.

In log, I don't see any email sent for authentification.

Any idea ?

Are you saying that based on the same settings, V5.37 works, but after updating the firmware to V5.38, you are unable to receive any 2FA emails?

No same thing with 5.37.

We had a similar problem on june last week. A specific firmaware was sent at thius time:

Testing here locally with FLEX200 V5.38 all is fine by a IKEv2 Enable Extended Authentication Protocol/Server Mode

Can you do a check on a user by changing them to limited-admin this will show send code click that and see if you get a EMail
