USG60 can not login after select standby frameware 4.31 and press reboot

I can not login to USG60 after select the "standby" v4.31. (my running version is 4.25) and press reboot..reboot successful. I can connect the usg60 but only can not login with the user as admin and the password when using v4.25.

Since each firmware partition has own configuration, can you try to update the v4.31 firmware on running partition directly?
Before you update the firmware, please remember to backup your configuration file.
