Hello I linked our new antivirus service to USG60 registered device. When I login to the admin panel, it shows antivirus expired and to buy. I looked at the myZyxel admin page as well and they are linked with the correct active mac address.

Do you click the "Service License Refresh" button on the USG GUI ?
That will trigger USG to synchronize the license status with myZyxel right away.
