Content Filtering on www.gazzetta.it not working.

Hello,
I have a subscribed content filtering on a USG110 working properly except this website (www.gazzetta.it), I can't figure out how to block it. I tried also to blacklist it on forbidden list, but can't block it at all.
Is it a bug or I misunderstood something?

    As I checked this case locally, the website can be blocked by content filter.
    Here is my steps as below:
