Downloading pdf's from Zyxel website

Why can I not download the pdf files on the Zyxel website?

Every time I want to download I file, I get a time-out. No matter what browser I use.

I believe Zyxel uses something like ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/USG210/application_note/USG210_2.pdf

I cannot manage to download the pdf file. Any ideas?

As you can see, I am behind an USG210.

On my USG40 V4.33 I can FTP by NAT to ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com fine

On my ZyWALL 110 V4.33 I can FTP by bridge to ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com fine EDIT and by NAT fine...

can you FTP to other sites fine? Or is it just Zyxel FTP?

Yes I can ftp other sites (using FileZilla), but I just click on the download link here:

https://www.zyxel.com/nl/nl/support/download_library/product/usg110_210_310_5.shtml?c=nl&l=nl&pid=20140508100957&tab=Application_note&pname=USG110/210/310&mtname=Application Note

and nothing happens. Always a time-out from the browser (FireFox, IE and Edge).

I am not sure how I can access the ftp site of Zyxel with FileZilla. How to logon?

I have installed Win10cap. Maybe it is the wrong one.

tracert ftp2.zyxel.com:21 give: Unable to resolve target system name ftp2.zyxel.com:21.

telnet ftp2.zyxel.com 21, no go either.

Regarding to this case,
It could be browser session timeout issue, therefore, I suggest you download document via filezilla?
Host: ftp2.zyxel.com       username:anonymous      and then press quickconnect

It might be a DNS lookup error try

nslookup ftp2.zyxel.com

nslookup ftp2.zyxel.com 1.1.1.1
