i have set NAT and policy access in Zyxel USG110

SYNNAS is snology which has started DDNS function,that mean port of NAS has been opened.

however, result of https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

is Port 5001 is closed on your IP…

I have ref this youtube already, but seem failed:

Is your WAN using PPPoE? If yes, you might need to select "WAN1_PPP" instead of WAN1.
