current firmware read-only / locked: mode 222

I just bought a GS3700-48 Switch with firmware ver. 4.1 will upgrade to 4.2> 4.3,
I have discovered that the current firmware is locked: mode 222
how to change mode to 666

    Based on your description, is "mode 222/ change to 666" a message from the switch (Web/CLI)? Could you provide a screenshot for us?

    removed the "restart" X and it worked
