USG Flex 500H IPSec VPN >> Remote Access VPN stuck "Apply changes"

Hi,

Every time I open the options VPN>>IPSec VPN>>Remote Access VPN, a "Some changes were made" pop-up window immediately appears, even though I haven't made any modifications. Additionally, it's not possible to connect via the built-in Windows VPN. Restarting the device didn't help. If I change the certificate to "Auto," a new IKE certificate is automatically generated.

Is there any solution of this issue?

    I had to restore backup config to resolve this issue. Making daily config backups seems to be teporary workaround.

    Hi @Micz82,

    To solve the issue, please follow the instructions.

    1. Check if USG FLEX 500H is upgraded to 1.20(ABZH.2).
    2. On console or SSH, try to enter the following commands and check if the window "Some changes were made" still pops up every time when you access the page "Remote Access VPN".
      usgflex500h> edit running
      usgflex500h running config# commit
      usgflex500h running config# copy running startup
    3. If the window "Some changes were made" still appears, please share the remote access of the web GUI with me in private message. Thanks!
