USG FELEX 500H, Request failed with status code 500
Device update does not work!
The update does not work through Nebula! Even though I bought the license, nothing changed!

Hi @matef,
Could you help set the Global Zone Forwarder with 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 and refresh the registration status first?
If still have error 500, please help to collect the diagnostic file for us to check. Thanks in advance.

This issue was due to the certificate service issue and it is fixed now. Please help to clarify if you still have the error code.

I have the same issue just now.
My device is USG FLEX 100H.
I registered my device at NCC.
Global zone forwarder is set with 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.
Internet connection OK, I can see NCC via my device.
But following message is shown when Licensing → Licenses → Refresh
"Device Registration Status:Not Registered", "Request failed with status code 500"
