PuTTY SSH conection problem

HI,

when I triy connect via Putty SSH to USG flex 50, after insert username it it wrote :

No supported authentication method avaible (server sent:)

Can someone help me?

    To access the CLI via your SSH client program, please follow these steps:

    1. Enable SSH:
      • Go to the Web Configurator, navigate to System > SSH, and ensure SSH is enabled.
    2. Allow SSH Protocol:
      • Verify that the SSH protocol is permitted from your computer’s zone to the Zyxel device. By default, you can add SSH to the service group Default_Allow_WAN_To_ZyWALL under Object > Service > Service Group. This group defines which services are allowed in the default WAN_to_Device security policy.

    Note: The default login username is admin and the password is 1234. Both are case-sensitive.

    For further details, you can refer to the USG FLEX 50 CLI Reference guide.

    If you have already applied these settings but still cannot access the device, please provide a screenshot of the error message you receive.
