What is ITS in this context?

If you are running on a firmware version that has specific fix or changing. It will popup certain message to avoid the fix/changing missing after upgrading the firmware. You can cross check the fixes in the release note before deciding if you’re going to upgrade your firmware or not.

Thank you Charlie - so I looked at the PDF that was in the zip file I downloaded and had a go.

It seems to have partially worked, but then gave me a failure notice so presume it does not like something about this particular box even though it was designed for it

All I got was....

Apply 433AAKZ0C0.conf failed and roll back to previous configuration. Please check log for detail information.

Log she say "2019-03-19 09:16:56 -info-CAPWAP-Updated Configuration by a WLAN Controller Success. Partial Update
