Zyxel gs1920-24 does not send messages to 1813

Hello.
I configure port authorization, the switch does not send messages to port 1813. The computer attempts to perform authentication, then it goes to the guest vlan, traffic on port 1813 does not go to the NAP server.

I use port 24.
