You may enable the ADP (Anomaly Detection and Prevention) function to block it.
You can configure your own ADP profile in the profile tab. Below is a screenshot of what you can set.

Why do you need to block TCP SYN packets only? Do you want to block TCP SYN flooding? Please share more details about your purpose so we can better help you.
