After device managed by SecuManager, then will send periodic inform to server side per 900 seconds. If fail for 2 times, then server side will shows offline.
You may further checking on the internetworking stability and also see if this symptom disappears after rebooting the USG40

Hello,
Yes, all what you say is true and works fine. All devices configured with daily reboot. But this one was offline without any connections and without power. So, then how CloudCNM shows "online" status if this device didn't send any connection requests in 4 days?

Hello. We have offline device since 11.04.2019 and this one still online but with "pending" status. In which period this device will be in "offline" status? In which time period (delay) the status changing and icon too?
