USG Flex 700 5.39 (ABWD.0)

Installed yesterday newest update 5.39 (ABWD.0) but SSL VPN connection does not work any more.

SecuExtender gives error Code 9: No answer from Gateway.

Someone else with same issue?

    Hi @RemonB,

    Have you checked the event log SSL VPN category if the USG FLEX 700 receives the VPN connection?

    We tried to downgrade the USG to 5.37 it came with an error and after the reboot. Device message: Boot Status: Previous firmware update failed! But 5.39 is active and it works now and all clients can login again… very strange

    USG received incoming VPN connection before firmware downgrade but came with error that user / password is incorrect

    Update: Issue has been solved by reboot the device.
