We are currently using SecuExtender 4.0.3.0 for SSL VPN to our office.
Does Zyxel have this VPN client for smartphones?

As your requirement, L2TP VPN should able fulfill your requirement.

You can use build-in VPN client to establish the VPN tunnel on your smart phone.
